Chris Cuadros, CPA, MPA
Chris Cuadros is the owner and head CPA of Crossroads. He began Crossroads in 2008 specifically for dentists and has expanded the practice to include other private health care practices. Chris is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and is a graduate of Hanover College. He earned his Masters in Taxation from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Chris is married, has three children and lives in the Indianapolis area. He enjoys being with his family, cycling and supporting his kid’s sports passions.
Debbie Rosenberger
Debbie Rosenberger started working with Crossroads in 2015 as a Senior Accounting Manager and has been practicing accounting and tax for over 20 years. She is graduate of University of Indianapolis and lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband and two boys.
She enjoys watching the Colts, spending time with friends and watching her boys play sports.
Lee Mullarkey
Lee Mullarkey started working with Crossroads in 2020 as a Senior Accounting Manager. Lee is a graduate of Maryville University and has been a practicing accountant for over 30 years.
She lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and is the proud mother of two boys. She enjoys bowling and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Luke Otley, CPA
Luke Otley started working with Crossroads as a Tax Accountant. He is a graduate of Purdue University.
Luke comes from a family of five, lives in the Indianapolis area and enjoys eating, gardening and following all things Tom Brady.
Denise Reed
Denise Reed began working with Crossroads in 2021 as an Accountant. She is a graduate of Indiana University in Public Finance.
Denise lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking and vacationing with her sisters.
Jason Hite
Jason Hite started working with Crossroads in 2022 as Director of Business Development and is a graduate of Drury University.
Jason is married with three boys and lives in the Indianapolis area. He and his family enjoy traveling, making memories and cheering for the KC Chiefs and KC Royals.
Laura Campbell
Laura Campbell started working with Crossroads in 2022 as Client Relations Manager and is a graduate of IUPUI.
Laura lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband and three boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her boys play sports and traveling.
John Gumerson
John Gumerson started working with Crossroads in the summer of 2022 as Tax Manager. He is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
John has been married to his wife, Jeri, for 44 years. They have three adult sons and three teenage grandchildren. John enjoys spending time with family and attending sporting events.
Nick McGuire
Nick McGuire started working with Crossroads in the fall of 2023 as a Tax Accountant. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a major in Accounting and is currently in pursuit of his CPA Accreditation.
Nick is on production teams with several churches on the weekends. And you can often find him hiking and camping.
Zac White
Zac White began working with Crossroads in 2024 as an accountant. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech and has an associate degree in Business Administration. Zac has worked in the field of finance for over 5 years.
He enjoys staying active in the gym, golfing and cheering on the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.
Tina Stansbury
Tina Stansbury began working with Crossroads in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of the IU Kelley School of Business with a degree in Accounting.
Tina lives in Indianapolis area with her husband, 2 children and 3 dogs. Most weekends you will find her cheering at her kids’ sporting events. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with family and friends.
Sara Campbell
Sara Campbell began working at Crossroads at the end of 2023 as an administrative assistant. She grew up in Indianapolis, graduated from Indiana University with an Elementary Education degree. She has returned to the classroom and is pursuing a degree in Sociology.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her daughter, reading, and finding all the good food the world has to offer.
